TERRI SHOOP : Operations Order Entry & Receptionist - Phoenix, Arizona

Terri Shoop has been in the electrical industry for 20 years working with Juno Lighting in various positions including five of those years in technical support and as a returns coordinator.  While at Juno, Terri assisted in the Automation of Return Authorizations and brings extensive knowledge of the Juno and Danalite by Juno lines and accounting experience.  She joined Allied Group Sales in November 2003 as an administrative assistant and then moved  to inside sales.

A native Chicagoan Terri moved to Arizona in 2002 to take care of her mom after the death of her father.  Her dad, a retired Major from the USAF was also an EX POW, considers her dad as her life’s mentor and inherited her interest in the lighting and electrical industry from him.

Recently married Terri and her husband Rick live in Phoenix.  She enjoys home improvement projects, boating, and reading, road trips great coffee and church activities.
